How did I get in to dancing?

Well, at 21 years old I had ZERO confidence, NO co-ordination, NO rhythm and many would say my style was HORRIBLE. It was so bad that my friends used to make fun of me and the way I moved and YES that really HURT. So, I decided to change and 8 years on and almost 30 years young, I now know how to dance … and dance well!

MY CONFIDENCE is limitless and I help people to BOOST THEIR CONFIDENCE with my on-line classes and also in my studio in Surry Hills. I love helping people to get fit and stay healthy with my Zumba & Dance Classes. If you like a unique and extraordinary fitness experience and you are NOT AFRAID to shake it off from the comfort of your home, then MY CLASSES ARE FOR YOU!

It’s all about the breath, movement and mindful sequences for me.

Annette has been practicing yoga for 10 years and became a certified yoga teacher in early 2019. She studied with Nicole Walsh and Rod Galbraith at InYoga Studios in Surry Hills, Sydney . While training as a volunteer for A Sound Life Charity, Annette met Nikola Ellis who was training her in trauma informed yoga. Her interest grew in that offering and she subsequently completed foundations of Yoga Therapy with Nikola. Annette is currently training to be a yoga therapist and is completing a 650 hour graduate course at Adore Yoga.     

She subsequently began teaching almost immediately and has found her passion teaching restorative flow yoga and meditation.  Annette brings a steadiness to her teaching with the intention of creating a meditative flow with gentle movement.  “It’s all about the breath, movement and mindful sequences for me.” With her first love of food, Annette finds her balance when she is cooking for her family and friends and a day that starts with a beautiful meditation and a yoga session or two.
