With over 25 years industry experience, Sean has an extensive base of health and wellness knowledge which he applies through an holistic approach to overall wellbeing by teaching people his PHYSICAL WELLNESS SYSTEM.
In recent times, Sean graduated from the Functional Training Institute in Master Functional Trainer & Movement Restoration Coach. Sean’s passion for all things health and fitness has resulted in a diversified career that has literally helped 1000’s of people through PT, Coaching, Massage, Corporate Wellness, Natural Bodybuilding and Sports Supplementation, on not only an entrepreneurial level, but also managing large commercial gyms and sales teams.
Sean has over 30 published articles in National fitness and bodybuilding magazines and has several natural bodybuilding Titles to his name including Mr. Sydney, along with coaching and training many Australian Bodybuilding Champions. He has also completed many 14km City2Surfs with a personal best time of 75:24 minutes and was an elite basketball player for 10 years reaching the 2nd highest league in Australia.
Sean is excited to bring his personal motto – “to educate, motivate and empower people to live healthy and happy lives” to V-FIT 15 and continue to help others be the best they can be.

My 10 & 15-minute workout videos incorporate many aspects of functional training with an emphasis on bodyweight exercises (as not everyone goes to the gym). I also have many videos using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, suspension fitness and more! My workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness experience – let me know how you go!
I have a passion for kids fitness and getting kids active! My 15-minute classes utilise bodyweight exercises plus, skipping ropes, bands, slam balls, different ball sports with a focus on body awareness, motor skills, co-ordination, balance, agility and skill acquisition. I also incorporate ZUU movements which are based on primal movement patterns – kids love it!
