Simone is a compassionate and considerate yoga teacher who supports individuals, her community to businesses, to re-discover their inner strength and celebrate their value and resilience through yoga. Her yoga classes provide a safe environment to nurture the self while building strength and gaining greater clarity to feel renewed and empowered for the road ahead.
Simone first began a regular yoga practice 18 years ago to find a greater calmness in her life. Over the past years she has experienced many different styles of classes and created her own home practice. In 2018 Simone completed her yoga teaching qualifications and has been teaching in Sydney’s northern beaches and gifts a community class each week in Manly.
Each class Simone creates is a mixture of movement with positive affirmations to provide you with the ultimate self-care practice.

These higher intensity flow classes will incorporate sun salutations and a range of movement with breath. A faster paced class that is perfect for anyone with a little more energy and who is looking to release, let go, restore and return to a calmer self
Yoga to release stagnation through chakra focus.
We have 7 chakras in our body – these are energy centres or clusters – where our energy comes in and out of our body. When we work through each of these chakras we release stagnation and allow the energy to be restored. Each class will work to balance the energy centres from your feet (Root) to the top of your head (Crown). Through breath and movement your energy will be balanced and a greater feeling of wellbeing will be felt.
